Mermaid Live Editor
Abstract
A free browser-based tool for writing Mermaid diagram syntax with a live preview and PNG, SVG and Markdown export. It can be used to document research workflows, software sequences and entity relationships as editable text alongside project materials. This is a general-purpose diagram tool rather than a course on open science or a statistical analysis package. The independent deployment is not the upstream Mermaid project. Keeping diagram source with documentation can make the steps depicted easier to inspect and revise; it does not itself establish the reproducibility of a study.
