Sanctions list data: dates of birth, names and IDs
Abstract
A company-authored worked example of measuring structured-field availability in two official sanctions XML snapshots retrieved on 30 September 2026. It separates absent birth dates from partial dates, aliases from primary-name variations, and populated passport-number fields from general identity attributes. The public method, analysis code, aggregate results and source hashes support inspection of those definitions; exact reproduction needs the matching raw snapshots, retained privately. Useful for teaching measurement validity, provenance and the limits of cross-source comparison. It does not measure screening accuracy, legal compliance or overall source quality.
