تعريف: يستخدم هذا التَّعبير- المأخوذ من كلمتي رجل ولجنة من الخبراء في اللُّغة الإنجليزيَّة - عادةً للإشارة إلى مجموعات المتحدثين في المؤتمرات المكوَّنة بالكامل من الذُّكور (وهي عادة مجالس مغلقة). وعادة ما يناقش في سياق الفوارق بين الجنسين في الأوساط الأكاديميَّة (على سبيل المثال، تقلُّ احتماليَّة الاعتراف بالنِّساء كخبيرات من قبل أقرانهن، وبالتَّالي تقلُّ فرصهنَّ في التَّطور الوظيفي). المصطلحات ذات الصِّلة: بروبنساينس، التَّنوع، العدالة،علم النَّفس النَّسوي، الشُّمول، نقص التَّمثيل
