Computational: We find that the point estimates and standard errors are perfectly identical between the two sets of estimates when using DGRSS's computed measures of absolute and relative concentration bias. Column 4 of Panel B shows that using our own calculated measure concentration bias reveals results that are almost identical to the author's midpoint estimates.
